Naming conventions:

General overview
  • Separate tags with spaces and use underscores as space characters.

    Artists:
  • When you post an artwork, it’s always important to set the artist, this can be done with the following syntax:

    artist:<artists_handle>

    artist:bob_ross


    Characters:
  • Make sure to specify character's origin when posting.

    character:<character_Name>_(<characters_origin>)

    character:mona_lisa_(da_vinci)


    Species:
  • You also may specify character's species, if species belongs to someone you can specify the origin in the parentheses.

    species:<species_name>

    species:<species_name>_(<species_origin>)

    species:rat

    species:thaven_(delta_v)


    Settings:
  • The universe in which your artwork takes place, may include author's name if needed.

    setting:<setting_name>

    setting:<421_fahrenheit>_(ray_bradbury)


    Tag rules:
    Use general tags, avoid overly-specific tags.
    Make sure your tags are constructive.

    Bad tag examples:
    cool_character_with_a_bat
    - Too specific.
    cool
    - No semantic load / Non-constructive.

    Good tag examples:
    tall
    - Implies there's something (or someone) tall in the scene.
    duo
    - Implies that the composition has two characters.
    dialogue
    - Implies that there is a dialogue going on.
